Tilemaster's Hannah receives TTA Trainee of the Year Award
Tilemaster’s Apprentice Development Chemist, Hannah Bamford has received the for TTA (The Tile Association) ‘Trainee of the Year’ Award 2016. The prestigious award was presented to Hannah at TTA Awards’ Annual Gala Dinner. The event was held at St John’s Hotel & Conference Centre, in Solihull, and attended by around 300 leading industry figures.
Nineteen-year old Hannah is undertaking a three-year Development Chemist apprenticeship, underpinned by a distance learning/residential degree in Chemistry at Manchester Metropolitan University, sponsored by Tilemaster. Hannah is excelling in both her studies and within the Tilemaster work environment.
“I’m thrilled to have received the award and I can’t thank everyone enough for their nominations. Chemistry is my passion and I’m learning so much at Tilemaster and through my studies,” commented Hannah.
“We’re incredibly proud of Hannah and are delighted that her hard work and commitment has been recognised outside of Tilemaster. I’ve no doubt that she’ll continue to blossom and we’re all looking forward to helping Hannah realise her ambitions,” added Mark Kelly, Tilemaster’s Managing Director.
