Multi-purpose Trade Flow joins Tilemaster floor-prep range

Tilemaster has introduced new Trade Flow to its floor levelling range. The new multi-purpose smoothing compound is a two-part latex-based system. It offers a range of application benefits, including excellent flow properties and a 2-12mm application in one pour. The new screed is moisture tolerant and suitable for most substrates, including plywood overlay and underfloor heating. It can be walked on just two hours after application and floorcoverings can be applied after 12 hours.

New Tilemaster Trade Flow is a low-odour, protein-free formulation. It is suitable for commercial and domestic application, over substrates including sand/cement screeds, concrete, flooring grade bitumen/asphalt, timber, ceramic, porcelain and terrazzo tiles, and epoxy damp proof membranes. Underfloor heating applications include encapsulation of electric underfloor heating elements, as well as application over wet systems.

After mixing, Trade Flow remains workable for 20-25 minutes and provides coverage of 5m2 at 3mm thick with a 20kg unit. When mixed with additional aggregate, the system can be applied up to 30mm thick.

Trade Flow conforms to BS EN 13813, Class CT-20-F6 and forms part of Tilemaster’s comprehensive floor levelling range.
