Tilemaster takes to the green on first industry Golf Day
Tilemaster Adhesives recently hosted its first industry Golf Day at Greenway Hall Golf Club in Stoke-on-Trent. Seven teams of four players each, from across the flooring and tiling sector, enjoyed the 18-hole course under sunny skies.
Conceived by renowned course designer, James Braid, Greenway Hall's elevated location gives stunning views across the Peak District. The Tilemaster group enjoyed a Stableford format; the winning team included Gary and Chris Damond from Ceramix Ltd, based in Brighouse, along with Sam Plows and Jordan Brown from Andrews Tiles in Leeds. James Crossland from Nicholson Flooring also triumphed with Longest Drive and Austin Buchanan from Alliance Flooring for Nearest the Pin.
"We had a cracking day at Greenway Hall. It was a great opportunity to spend time with customers, away from the office. We hope to hold many more golf days in the future and thank everyone at the course for hosting the event," commented Mark Kelly, Tilemaster's Managing Director.
