Tilemaster gets hands-on at practical training days
Tilemaster Adhesives has a dedicated area at its Head Office in Leyland to host one-to-one and group training sessions. These sessions help to provide a valuable opportunity for customers to experience Tilemaster products through practical demonstrations - and to share ideas.
The latest session was attended by Neil Birch, Neil Palmer and Linda Stinchombe from MCA Floorwise in Morecambe; Scott Bainbridge from PR Flooring Supplies in Glasgow, and Jay Williams and Dave Warwick from Fine Country Flooring in Carlisle.
"We get everyone together to discuss Tilemaster's product range and a member of our technical team attends to answer any questions customers may have. Glynn Griffin led the most recent event and took the group to our Training Area for a series of practical demonstrations," explained Gareth Gray, who is one of Tilemaster Adhesives' Area Sales Managers.
"It's more of an educational day really," Gareth added. "It gives everyone the chance to see the products used correctly, which in turn will help retailers in selling to their own customers and installers using the product to its full capabilities on site."
